The Ohio Girls Golf Foundation (OGGF) honored the 2025 scholarship recipients as this year’s OGGF Showcase Awards Dinner on July 21 at Avon Oaks country club. The Ohio Girls Golf Foundation proudly recognized its 2025 scholarship recipients during the OGGF Showcase Awards Dinner on July 21 at Avon Oaks Country Club. This year, twelve outstanding high school graduates were awarded scholarships in support of their academic and athletic pursuits. These awards reflect OGGF’s enduring commitment to empowering young female golfers—providing the resources, encouragement, and opportunities they need to excel both on the course and in the classroom.
This year’s scholarship program holds special significance with the introduction of two named scholarships, established to honor two Women’s Golf Associations whose long-standing support has been instrumental to the Foundation’s success. The new scholarships pay tribute to the Cleveland Women’s Golf Association (CWGA) and the Greater Cleveland Golf Association (GCGA), recognizing their lasting impact on the growth of girls’ golf in Ohio.
